Jacht op content: Skype interviews.
Met het faciliteren van passie bedoelen we in de eerste plaats het publiceren van waardevolle content. Als dienstenbedrijf proberen we dit voor de klant zo makkelijk mogelijk te maken. Dit doen we door de stappen in onderstaand proces zoveel mogelijk te optimaliseren. Zo mogen klanten op elke mogelijk manier informatie doorsturen, en nemen wij de productie, vertaling en publicatie van content voor onze rekening.
De rode stap
Het verzamelen van informatie was echter een tijdje een pijnpunt. Om onze prijzen menselijk te houden werken we meestal niet op locatie, en zo bleef de eerste stap vaak in handen van de klant zelf.
Dit leverde enkele problemen op:
- De periodieke publicatie waar wij naar streven was niet altijd mogelijk.
- Wanneer er offline actie werden opgezet, kregen die online niet altijd een verlengde.
- Veel waardevolle informatie die geschikt is voor publicatie op het web ging verloren, of werd niet doorgestuurd.
We gaan zelf op jacht
Om dit op te lossen hebben we besloten ook de eerste stap uit ons productieproces zoveel mogelijk te claimen.
1. Elke week skypen we met onze contactpersoon bij de klant.
2. Aan de hand van een interview komen we te weten wat er leeft binnen het bedrijf. Relevante bronbestanden worden live doorgestuurd.
3. Een etmaal later leveren we de eerste versie van het te publiceren artikel op.
Dit past volledig binnen de filosofie van Youreca. We proberen zo dicht mogelijk bij de klant te kruipen, om het verschil tussen een interne webmaster en webmanaging zoveel mogelijk te reduceren.
